RETURN POLICY

 

Web orders that qualify for a return will receive store credit ONLY

We are unable to offer any refunds at this time 

 

Full price items:

To receive a store credit, your item must be sent back within 2 days of receiving it, as per tracking info

All items sent back must be in new condition with tags attached and folded and shipped neatly.

Return shipping costs are at the customers expense

There are no refunds 

If you need a different size please place a new order, we do not offer exchanges.

Packaged shirts are not returnable once opened, they are final sale

If your return shipment does not meet these requirements, it will be refused or donated to charity at our discretion

Once your items are received a gift card will be issued for the credit amount and mailed out to you. Gift cards can be used in store or on our website

 

Sale items:

Sale items are final sale. A sale item is anything purchased at a discount or with a coupon

There are no returns or exchanges. 


We take no responsibility for any lost or stolen packages

 

In Store Pickup: All orders placed for in store pickup must be brought back the next day from when you received your "ready for pickup" email to receive a store credit. After that, it will be final sale
