We are unable to offer any refunds at this time

Full price items:

To begin your exchange please email info@styledchild.com To receive an exchange or store credit, your item must be sent back the day after receiving it, as per tracking info

All items sent back must be in new condition with tags attached and folded and shipped neatly.

All shipping and delivery charges associated with the exchange/store credit are at the customers expense

Packaged shirts are not exchangeable once opened, they are final sale

If your exchanged shipment does not meet the criteria outlined above it will be refused or donated to charity at our discretion

 

Sale items:

To help in these trying times we have temporarily adjustable our final sale policy for sale items.

A sale item may now be exchanged for the same item in a different size. If your size is unavailable your purchase wil be final sale

Refund: Regular priced merchandise is eligible for a refund if shipped back to us the next business day after receiving your shipment. This will be determined by tracking info. You will be refunded in your original form of payment.

*If your purchase received free shipping, and your return brings your total below $100, the origial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit

*If your returned merchandise is $200 or above, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit

Store Credit: All regular priced merchandise must be received by Styled Child within 7 days from when you received the shipment, as determined by shipping carrier tracking information, in order to receive a store credit.

No refunds or credits will be issued on merchandise received 7 days or more from when you received it

Store credits can be used online or in our stores

Sale and Clearance: Sale items are final sale, they are not returnable or exchangeable. A Sale Item is anything purchased at a discount- from a coupon, sale, promotion, or the like.

Shirts will only be accepted for return if in original unopened packaged. Opened shirts, even if repackaged, will not receive a refund or store credit.

In Store Pickup: All orders picked up in store, or delivered in Lakewood are subject to the regular in store return policy from time of online purchase. Please check your receipt or call the store for this policy.

 

All shipping and delivery charges are non refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return.

Items returned must be sent back in new condition, unworn, and with tags attached to be elligible for a refund or store credit.
